Ennys also offers three top-quality self-catering cottages, sleeping either two or four people.The Granary and the Garden Suite share the large barn; Well Studio stands on its own across the courtyard from the main house. Children of all ages are welcome in these properties. Sorry - no pets allowed. Short breaks available November to March.
Well Studio
The studio occupies a former barn set on its own across from the main house. Open-plan in design, the galleried bedroom overlooks the spacious two-storey sitting room which has a woodburning stove and central heating throughout.
Fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom. TV, video recorder and CD player.The sitting room opens on to a secluded patio with beautiful views across the valley of the Hayle.
Sleeps 2; rents Friday to Friday.

The Garden Suite
An architect-designed conversion of the former dairy and hayloft of a
large granite barn, the Garden Suite has its own south-facing patio overlooking
the herb garden and tennis court.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a
bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, exposed roof timbers give the
sitting room a spacious airy feel and there is a full equipped kitchen
with dishwasher and microwave. A stable door leads to the balcony with
steps down to the patio below. TV and video; central heating throughout.
Sleeps 4; rents Saturday to Saturday.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave. The first-floor bedroom is open to the eaves and has a King-Size double bed which can be arranged as 2 single beds. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Self-catering prices are per week and include linen, heating and electricity.
A 24-hour laundry service is available for an extra charge.
Out-of-season short breaks available November-March: £195 for three
nights in Well or Granary; £300 in Garden.
A deposit of 25 per cent of the total rental cost is required at the
time of booking. The balance is payable one month prior to arrival.
Bookings secured on receipt of the deposit due, subject to the accommodation
being available at that time. Guests are reminded that once a deposit
is paid they are liable, in case of cancellation, to pay total cost
of
rental unless the accomodation can be re-let. Insurance is therefore strongly
advised.
