Well Studio occupies a former barn set on its own across from the main house. Open plan in design, the galleried bedroom overlooks the two-storey sitting room which has a wood-burning stove as well as full central heating.
The kitchen and bathroom were replaced in 2009. The fully-equipped kitchen now has a dishwasher, and the bathroom has underfloor heating.
As well as a digital television, there's a dvd recorder, cd player and wireless broadband internet access. A door leads out to a secluded private patio with steps up to a lawned area which has lovely views over fields to the valley of the River Hayle.
Sleeps two; rents Friday to Friday. Short breaks available November to March.

The ground floor comprises a beamed sitting room, dining area and kitchen and has a wood-burning stove as well as central heating throughout. Doors lead to a private patio overlooking the gardens. There is a television with freeview, dvd player and wireless broadband internet access.
The first-floor bedroom is open to the eaves and has a king-size double bed which can be made up as two singles. The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Created from the former dairy and hayloft of a Grade 11-listed granite barn, the Garden Suite has its own south-facing patio overlooking the tennis court.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms (one master double, one twin room) and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, exposed timbers, give the sitting room a spacious, airy feel and there is a fully equipped kitchen, television with freeview, dvd and cd players and wireless broadband internet access. Central heating throughout.
Sleeps four; rents Saturday to Saturday.
